Level 2 Award in Working at Height

This uniquely designed Work at Height training course helps participants to understand the National & International regulations related to working at height as well as provides necessary information needed to be able to successfully mitigate working at height risks and implement control measures. It emphasizes on an understanding of carrying out working at height risk assessment, safe use access equipment and monitoring to ensure that employees can reduce their risk of falls from height, adopting preventive and protective measures, rescue procedures in cases of emergency.

Anyone who works at height in any place, including a place at or below ground level, is required to undertake training to prove that they are competent and safe in their work. Anyone that is involved in the planning, supervision or management of work at a height.

  • On completion of the course the delegates will be competent to work safely at height with a strong hazard awareness and a sound theoretical knowledge and practical experience of using fall arrest equipment
  • Delegates will have the ability to assess the risks and requirements needed for safely working at height in their scope of work. They will also be able to use their job specific fall protection equipment with a high level of efficiency and confidence

Students can take the course test after studying the course material and passing the module quizzes. The purpose of the course exam is to gauge how well the students have understood the topic. Multiple-choice questions drawn from our sizable question library make up course exams.

Pattern:

Time allowed is 2 hours and exam will be open book.
To pass the test, you must receive a minimum score of 65%.
You can repeat the exam if you don't pass the first time.
Exams can only be taken three (3) times in a 10-hour period by students.
Students must wait 24 hours before taking the test again after their third try. Students should reread the course material to increase their understanding during this period.
You cannot repeat the test to get a better score if you pass.
There isn't a thorough programme exam available right now. Students must succeed on all of their course exams in order to finish the programme.
