The Rigger-III Certification course is the entry-level qualification for individuals aspiring to become skilled riggers. This foundational course provides essential training in rigging principles and practices, offering a solid starting point for those looking to enter the field of rigging.

  1. Introduction to Rigging: Overview of rigging as a field, its importance, and basic principles.

  2. Safety Essentials: Introduction to safety practices and regulations relevant to rigging.

  3. Basic Rigging Equipment: Familiarization with commonly used rigging tools and equipment.

  4. Load Calculation Basics: Introduction to load calculations, load weights, and center of gravity.

  5. Risk Awareness: Basic concepts of risk identification and avoidance in rigging.

The Rigger-III Certification course is designed for individuals who are new to the field of rigging and wish to establish a foundational understanding of rigging principles. It is suitable for:

  • Entry-Level Rigging Personnel
  • Apprentices in the Rigging Field
  • Workers in Industries Involving Lifting and Moving Operations
  • Individuals starting their career in rigging.

  1. Basic Rigging Techniques: Acquire fundamental rigging skills and techniques for simple lifting and moving operations.

  2. Safety Awareness: Develop a basic understanding of safety principles and practices in rigging.

  3. Rigging Equipment Basics: Familiarize yourself with common rigging equipment and their uses.

  4. Load Calculation Fundamentals: Learn the basics of load calculations for safe rigging operations.

  5. Risk Awareness: Gain an introductory understanding of risk awareness and mitigation in rigging.

Learners can take the course test after studying the course material and passing the module quizzes. The purpose of the course exam is to gauge how well the students have understood the topic. Multiple-choice questions drawn from our sizable question library make up course exams.

Pattern:

  • Time allowed is 2 hours and exam will be open book.
  • To pass the test, you must receive a minimum score of 65%.
  • You can repeat the exam if you don't pass the first time.
  • Exams can only be taken three (3) times in a 48-hour period by students.
  • Students must wait 48 hours before taking the test again after their third try. Students should reread the course material to increase their understanding during this period.
  • You cannot repeat the test to get a better score if you pass.
  • There isn't a thorough programme exam available right now. Students must succeed on all of their course exams in order to finish the programme.
